Recap on the Hip Hop Drama.
I was breezing through the internet working on some stories and I came across this interview with Charlamagne and Beanie Sigel. Beanie Sigel said some real ish mayne. So real, I had to let y’all peep this word yourself. He said he has no beef, he had to vent and get closure. Sigel said “if you give me a fish, I’m gon eat today. If you teach me how to fish, I’m gon eat forever….” This was a VENT track. “Only true friends leave a footprint on your heart.”

For G-Unit’s own Shadyville DJ, DJ Moeskieno, it all started in the home of church, soul, liquor and love. As a child, his bad times became good times and those good times also turned bad, but there was always music that kept him moving. For 19 years, DJ Moeskieno has been perfecting his craft. For him, it began a just a hobby. On the streets of Paterson, New Jersey, Murder Avenue to be exact, DJ Moeskieno and his former business partner founded a group called “Sound Starz”. Although it is no longer in existence, “Sound Starz” was a group that united two old souls, merging sounds to give you classic material.
Up until three years ago, this music thing was all a hobby for DJ Moeskieno. The professional aspect of his disc jocking began when he did an introduction for thisis50.com. Immediately after, he did the “Blood on the Wall” Mixtape for G-Unit followed by “Lamborgini Noise” for Lloyd Banks. Since then, DJ Moeskieno has performed on the ones and twos party after party across city to city, along with mastering tons of mixtapes. Furthermore, DJ Moeskieno has appeared in movies such as Think Twice Little Gangster starring Treach of Naughty by Nature and Country Boys, the Documentary of Frank Lucas from American Gangsters. He is currently collaborating on many different business ventures such as commercials and interviews in New York with Teen Summit. Recently, DJ Moeskieno has become the official DJ for Most Hated Records. DJ Moeskieno also does work with DMX’s former DJ, DJ Superior, who is now the CEO of Most Hated Records and DJ Moeskieno is the DJ for Tim Thomas of the Dallas Mavericks. DJ Moeskieno is also The Head Line DJ for Superfest. Superfest is a 7 City Tour with signed & unsigned artist, singers, models, actors, and A&R’s, making Superfest a major networking event in entertainment.

Eating & Diet Posted in: Health
Hi Readers,
Many of you have asked me to share some of my eating habits and diet foods with you. I normally eat pretty healthy but I do have a few foods that I endulge in that are bad for my body type. Those foods are cheeses, bread, and potatoes. Since those foods go directly to my thigh and buttock area, I have to focus on cutting back from those foods when I’m getting ready for competitions. To counteract thoses foods in my thigh area, I emphasis brocolli, grapefruit and asparagus (while cutting down on potatoes and bread). I also eat white fish and chicken breasts. Some of the snack foods that I have in my diet are almonds, celery, spinach, a variety of salads, almond butter and/ or salt- free peanut butter, and cottage cheese. In addition to foods, I drink ALOT of water. What you eat will show up in how your body looks, so if you want to look a little leaner and feel more rejuvenated, eat a healthier diet!
